United Country Oklahoma Land and Auction

Was very nice but did not do what they said they would. Everything was very slow to start and even slower to close. Not all was his fault things didnt go as planned. We felt ripped off by the time we closed. Everyone made money from us so it cut down on our profit big time. Ours was an online auction.

Mr Wilhite was professional in EVERY area of our transaction. He helped my get my property sold at a good price. I would not hesitate to work with him again. His ethics are OUTSTANDING in that he will do the right thing BECAUSE it is the right thing-not because of the consequences of doing the wrong thing. I wish more of our society had this trait!!

My wife and I recently bought a home in the Sallisaw area. John and his staff were awesome throughout the entire process. There were a few hiccups along the way, none of which were John or his staff's fault though. If it weren't for John's thoroughness, attention to detail and his ability to communicate to all parties involved I'm afraid the deal may have fell through.
