Lance is a terrific person and a knowledgeable RE agent. My husband and I enjoyed working with him. Although we did not buy the property we wanted (due to the seller's hidden agenda), we feel that Lance went above and beyond to give us his full attention while we visited VA and shared his knowledge and experience to the full extend. He did not give up until the very last minute trying to negotiate with the seller. We are very grateful for his enormous efforts and appreciate his professionalism and patience very much.
