Ultima Real Estate

For over a year Brenda dealt with me and my wife trying to find a place to relocate in the corpus area. Her patience and professional manner were excellent. She , after some time, found something that both my wife and myself were happy with..ALSO, I am an EX real estate agent myself so I know an excellent agent when I deal with one. You won't be sorry if you use Brenda.Thank You again Brenda

Brenda was such a great help. Always explained everything to us and kept us involved in everything. She really worked hard for us. The questions we had were always answered and with a quick response. She is an awesome realtor.

First time homebuyer and Brenda made it a great experience. We looked at a ton of houses and ended up buying a house that wasn't even on the market. Her knowledge of the flour bluff and padre island area definitely showed. I would recommend Brenda to anyone looking for an honest, patient, and knowledgeable realtor. Thanks again Brenda!

I highly recommend Brenda Andrew with Ultima Real Estate. Her website gives Buyers / Sellers daily emails on new listings or listings that have price changes, etc. This is helpful in situations when looking for a specific home price or location that many others are looking for! Brenda has the experience we needed and was able to help us negotiate to buy a great home on the water!

Brenda Andrew is a wonderful and hardworking realtor. She has helped provide us with everything I have wanted while I was looking for a home. She always makes sure that everything is covered and if I had any questions she always answered honestly and to the best of her knowledge. I would highly recommend her to others as she's done a wonderful job.
