Jim was the best realtor for us! He went above and beyond to help us with our first time home buying experience. He kept us in the know on things to look for and to expect! Would recommend to everyone I know! Exceptional person to work with!

Jim Whatley recently sold our house in Niceville. We are a military family and have bought and sold five homes on the Emerald Coast over the last several decades. We have never had a better realter than Jim - but could have spent a much higher commission elsewhere. Jim's no-nonsense, common-sense approach takes the emotion and drama out of listing/selling a home. We will absolutely use him again if we buy/sell and highly recommend him. Thanks, Jim!

Jim Whatley of Uber realty wholeheartedly deserves this 5 star rating. His professionalism, knowledge and genuine concern for his clients absolutely relieved the stress and uncertainty that I and my son (as I am sure others) felt while I was selling my home. He was a wonderful support and advisor during the preparation for sale, the listing, showings and finally the closing. His innovative tiered approach to selling and commission worked extremely well. I am an older, single woman and was able to successfully sell my home with a tier that allowed me more profit from the closing costs. He was readily available for questions/concerns and has a retinue of qualified, professionals to address issues along the way. When I am ready to purchase another home, he will be the only call I will make.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim Whatley on a recent home purchase for a veteran client, and I cant say enough about the level of care and dedication he brought to the table. Jim went above and beyond throughout the entire process, navigating some tricky scenarios with patience, professionalism, and creative problem-solving. His commitment to doing right by his client was clear every step of the way. Its not every day you find a realtor who advocates so strongly for veterans and makes the homebuying experience feel smooth even when things get complex. Truly grateful for all he didaEUR"Jim is a true asset to the real estate community!

I'm Vanessa, and this is the story of how I found a unicornaEUR"and the person who helped me do it. When I first started looking for a lot on Navarre Beach, I had a very specific vision in mind: water views of the Intracoastal, the perfect spot to build a dream home. Ill never forget my agent telling me, aEURoeVanessa, youre looking for a unicorn. It doesnt exist.aEUR? But I knew what I wanted. And a few weeks later, we found it. That unicorn lot became the foundation for a custom home I absolutely loved. So when it was time to sell, there wasnt a doubt in my mind about who Id call. I didnt care about bells and whistlesaEUR"I cared about working with someone I trusted. We had a history. He knew every detail of that home because hed helped me find the land it stood on. He was honest from the beginning. Homes like mine can take time to sell, and he prepared me for that. Even when it felt slow, I never felt alone in it. He always had a plan, always stayed calm, and kept me grounded. At closing, I smiled across the table and said, aEURoeRemember when you told me I was looking for a unicorn?aEUR? We both laughed.
