I have yet to actually close a real estate transaction with Laura but that is not her fault at all. She has spent many hours helping me. First she spent time showing my wife and I a possible rental property in Silver Plume... this investment fell through because the seller was not willing to accept our offering price...secondary to that Laura has spent many hours finding and showing my wife and I listings for ski condo investments...again we just have not been able to close on the right deal for various reasons. Lastly Laura took it upon herself to spend a day showing my wife and I around clear creek county when we were considering moving up in our personal residence but we did not find any properties that we liked . She has definitely gone the extra mile to help me find a real estate deal. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Clear Creek County and the surrounding area.

Laura is a good realtor. Unfortunately, our house started out above market value which causes us to have to drop the price down a couple times before Laura was able to get us an offer. This was a very stressful process, but in the end I was very pleased that Laura was able to fine a buyer and worked hard so both sides walked away happy.
