I have never hired a Realtor who worked as hard or as smart as Peter. Selling a house when the market is nuts is easy, anyone could have listed it and juggled the offers. But Peter was there for the hard work that follows a contract. His contacts in town, his guidance and his experience truly made this one of the easiest Real Estate transactions I've ever had. The real measure of managing a transaction is in handling the problems that crop up along the way. I was an out-of-town seller, and needed a plumber, a carpenter, a painter and a concrete company. Peter arranged for all the little projects that we needed to do without me having to get in my car and drive down to New Brunswick a dozen times to meet with contractors. That service was worth its weight in gold. Getting inspections done with the City of New Brunswick was managed and taken care of by Peter. I was present for one inspection and the inspector told me that Peter had a reputation for doing things properly and that they never had a problem dealing with him. Communications with the buyer and his agent was perfect. Closing went smoothly. Even after closing, after Peter had gotten his fee, a small issue came up reading the water meter and Peter was on it for me. I can't thank Peter enough, and I can't say nicer things about him. Finally, in case I sound like I'm giving too much praise to be a real review, let me say that I met Peter a month before I listed the property - I received a mailed post card that he sent to local property owners. It just happened to show up in the mail at the time I was thinking of selling the property. It was lucky for both of us.

Pete and his team are by far the best property management team in the New Brunswick area. I managed multiple properties of mine on my own for a few years; that was a constant headache. I then interviewed and hired other property managers in the area; they were sub-par. Finding Pete Tverdov and his team was honestly a breath of fresh air. Houses are always rented, repaired quickly, CO's/Fire Inspection/Rental Registrations taken care of, and his team even inspects the property every quarter for necessary upkeep/maintenance. Literally out of sight, out of mind. Not having to micromanage and not having to worry about repairs, paperwork, or anything else is just bliss. This enables me to focus my time and attention on my other businesses. And while I'm writing this review, I'll mention that Pete is an awesome guy to talk to. Responds quickly, is honest, and is just a nice guy to do business with. If you're looking into other property managers in the area, just call them and sign on.
