Tverdov Housing

I am a landlord in New Brunswick, NJ and have owned my property since 1990. It is a rental house near the college. I received a flyer in the mail from Tverdov Housing and called to schedule an appointment with Pete to review my lease. During that discussion Pete also advised me what my property was currently worth, which surprised me. I knew one day in the next few years I may consider selling but the idea was a bit daunting. None of this would have happened without my good fortune to have found him as a broker. He also found tenants for the new buyer and was extremely responsive to me throughout the entire process. We closed on the property a few days ago and I could never have imagined anyone else guiding this process the way he did. Pete is skilled, knowledgeable and experienced. His business not only coordinates real estate transactions he also manages, renovates and builds properties locally. I can't recommend him enough. You couldn't be in better hands.
