We have bought and sold many properties in Annapolis over the years and Alex Tower Sears is the best agent we have ever worked with! I have never met or worked with an agent who knows every single phase of home buying and selling as she does. I would very confidently say she is an expert. I feel 100% confident I am in the best hands possible when looking at Real Estate and when selling with Alex as my agent. Alex knows the market, knows neighborhoods and what amenities they have, and most importantly, to me, Alex and her team know all of the mechanical aspects of various systems inside of houses, how they work, how to maintain them, and what to look out for. Those are the kinds of things that can overwhelm the average Real Estate shopper. People in Real Estate know Alex and her team well, and they know her reputation as probably the most honest and strait shooting agent out there. I trust her completely. She does not want to make a deal just to make a deal. She actually cares if you are going to be happy in your new home or with your investment. That matters to me very much! Lastly, Alex does her homework. She studies and knows what the market is doing, what things are worth, pulls comps, studies them, and goes over all of that with you when ever you want her to. She is extremely thorough and extremely trustworthy. Real Estate is in Alex's blood. She's great at her job! I cannot recommend her highly enough!! My family members and I have used Alex to sell 6 properties and to buy 6. We used other agents in the past, and none compare. The review asks for year of service. We have used Alex as our agent from 2009-2019 and will use her for the next sale and purchase as well!

Alex was amazing to work with. We started looking before I had secured my new job with a just in case attitude. Alex was not put off by this, knowing that she was investing time in a possible dead end. She spent months showing us nearly 100 homes. We often apologized for eating up so much of her time, but Alex always assured us that this was her job and we'd have to muddle through numerous thorns to find our rose :). Alex was always very efficient with printed listings and a well mapped out route to look at the multiple homes we had on the list each time. She pointed out pros/cons of the homes but was careful not to steer us in any way. When we finally found the right home, she skillfully negotiated the purchase, working to help secure a condo board exemption for our dog and secure the home for less than the asking price. She was with us through the entire purchase process, making great references for a loan officer and closing attorney. She attended closing and even followed up months after settlement to bring us a housewarming gift once our renovations were done and we were moved in. We could not have asked for a better agent. We highly recommend her, without any reservations!!
