Rob and Lori Montoya did a great job selling our home! Our house had multiple offers within a couple weeks of being on the market and facilitated negotiating with a buyer who met and exceeded our terms. Rob, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable in the current Covid Market. On his first visit, he toured the home, took pictures, explained the entire process. Our sale was not as common as most. Our home was only 7 months old in a brand new community. We had no comps in the area and hadnto compete with the builder. He was still confident the home would sell. That nignt our home was on just about every social media outlet. We had a ton of trafiic on the sites and many saved searches. Within 2 days we had our first showing. We received a full asking price offer in 10days and closed within 30 days. The process of seemless. We highly recommend Rob and will use him again.
