Truman & Co.

We just completed our second real estate transaction with Ted and he is hands down the best in the business! Ted is very well connected in this town and made this transaction happen because of the relationships he has. He knew exactly what we were looking for and got us the first showing of what turned out to be "the one"! During inspection he lined up a handful of tradespeople to assist us in what needed to be addressed. Again, very well connected. Ted is a great communicator, always advising us of deadlines, and what was coming next. And ALWAYS with positivity and a smile! Our deal has been over for a few weeks and Ted is still there after the sale, making sure things are going smooth, hooking us up with the right people and willing to do anything to make sure we love our new house! He is not just a great realtor, he is a wonderful friend! Thank you Ted for everything!!

We couldnt be happier with our experience working with Ted and the Spottswood team. From start to finish, Ted was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. What really stood out was how personable he is. Every time there was a showing, he took the time to greet our cats when he walked inaEUR"its a small thing, but it says a lot about the kind of person he is. He treated our home with care and respect, and that meant a lot to us. Throughout the entire process, Ted kept us informed, answered every question, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail clearly made a difference in getting our condo sold successfully. Were extremely grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend Ted and the Spottswood team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Key West.

We have been looking for a nice house in Key West, and struggled to find the right house at a fair price. We started working with Ted in late April, and we closed on our house at the end of July. He is a great realtor! We met several along our journey and we found Ted extremely easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. We look forward to buying another house with Ted!

Lisa and I are so excited about now being part of the Key West community, made possible by our friend and incredible Realtor Key West Ted! After renting in Key West for the past five years, we decided this is where we want to settle. Key West Ted made it all possible. Over a two-year period Ted continued an exhaustive search to find a home Lisa, and I would fall in love with! We looked at so many homes and finally Ted introduced us to our dream home in the keys. Ted didnt stop there yet he held our hand through the entire purchase, Ted navigated us through the entire process of the purchase. We have bought a lot of real estate in our life and have never experienced a realtor who went so far above and beyond! There are no words that can express our gratitude to Key West Ted for making our by experience, not stressful yet so wonderful! Thank you, Ted!! Warren and Lisa Kelly

We were so pleased with the great job Ted did selling our home and selling it FAST!!! We had an offer from the first buyer with a backup offer from the second buyer!! Cant ask for a better outcome than that!! Ted and the Spottswood Team made the sale of our home so easy. We are truly grateful for their expertise & professionalism. Would definitely recommend Ted for any of your real estate needs!!! Thanks Ted for being the best realtor and a best friend!!!
