Joey made the entire process of buying my first home amazing! He is always responsive and just an amazing person. Such a nice guy, very adaptable to situations, wanting to see you win, overall an amazing person to work with. He deserves all the praise and awards hes given and then some. This entire process wouldve been much harder without him.

We got randomly matched with Dan on Zillow as first time buyers and hit the jackpot. Dan showed us way more houses than we thought we would have to see, but at the end of the day helped us make an informed decision. We always felt supported through all steps of the process and ended up finding the right house for us after half a summer of searching. He negotiated hard for us through inspection and got us to closing with a deal we felt great about. Dan answered every possible question we could think of. Even ones that were the size of a short essay. He is extremely good at his job. We gambled and got lucky by being paired with Dan, but if you're reading this review, you don't have to gamble. You can just hit him up.

Dan did an amazing job with helping us sell our home and build our new home. His always provided timely follow-ups during both processes. He assisted with the final walkthrough with our new home, giving us peace of mind that we had everything covered. Throughout this process Dan became a true friend to our family! I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy a home or sell their home.
