Trueblood Real Estate

Excellent experience from start to finish. Rick is knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

This was our second time using Rick to buy/sell, and we couldn't be happier. He was just as professional and hard-working for us this time around. Rick was available every step of the way to answer our many questions and get us into our dream home as stress-free as possible!

Richard was amazing, after my wife and I discussed our needs he quickly put together several properties in the Fort Wayne area he knew we would like to see. His attention to detail is something we hadnt expected. We werent first time home buyers, but it had been over 20 years since buying. Richard was kind and eager to put any of our worries at ease. We would highly recommend Richard to help you find your perfect home or property. Thank you!

I seldom post negative reviews. Rick cancelled our showings twice in four days. The first one was for childcare reasons, and he gave an explanation to our agent - understandable. The second one was done via text, citing "family first". He could not be reached by phone. I have a family as well. Keep your commitments or find alternative solutions. Casual cancellations are not acceptable. We are all busy.

It was great working with Rick! He explain everything step of the process and provided options for my husband and I & ultimately guided us in making the best decisions. Rick was very patience with us & he was available anytime we had a question. I would absolutely recommend Rick to my family & friends and know they would be well taken care of for any real estate needs!
