Tru North Realty

Steve did a fantastic job walking me through the homebuyers process. As a first time homebuyer this was very helpful. He was very good about keeping me in the loop with new listings in the area. Which lead to me finding a home. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a solid realtor who puts you at the top of their priorities.

Steve was a great help in helping me with the sale of my home. I have worked with Steve on many projects during my past employment and he has always been a pleasure to work with.

I had my land up for sale for 18 months with another Agent . Stephen had sent me a flyer via mail & I gave him a call. He sold my land in less than 3 weeks !! I highly recommend him ! Replies to any question you may have almost immediately. I'm 8 hours away and he made every step of this sale as smooth as can be. Id use him again in a heartbeat !! Jodi K.

He was friendly, always available and was very helpful to us as buyers on the closing of the property we purchased. He assisted us with the title company to insure it was a quick sale.

Stephen reached out as the buyer's agent since I was selling my home as a for sale by owner. Through the entire process he was very professional and responded quickly. I'd highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
