Malinda is excellent at what she does. She went above and beyond to help us purchase our home in a timely manner. She guided us through each step, explained processes that were new or unclear, and was timely in responding to inquiries. Malinda even went out of her way to help the seller realtor who was not very timely or energetic with ensuring the sellers tasks and timelines were met.

Malinda was absolutely fantastic to work with. Knew when to give her opinion and when to let my wife and I talk it out. There were a few hiccups along the way with our closing, inspection, and other things and Malinda was always right there every step of the way for any guidance that we may have needed. My wife and I wouldnt have gotten our dream home without her!
