If you want a no nonsense type realtor, Steve is your man. He was extremely patient with us while we looked around in the area for just the right house we wanted. We really felt like he was concerned for our long-term happiness too because he would point out things that only inspectors would find. His construction contractor background is very beneficial when asking questions on just about anything regarding how the home was built... like materials, durability, defects, etc. Although he may be busy, it may seem like he is cutting you off short on phone calls, but hes not. He will always take time for you. He just has to be direct and to the point. I found that he would chit chat with me some, but then he had to get on to other things. So, if he happens to be short on the phone, dont take it personal. He is very fair and honest. I highly recommend!
