Let?s just say I waited a while to write this review to give him time to follow up with me. But it never happened. Would have to say the worst experience buying a house. Bought a brand new house through Steve. I get things can go wrong but he never bothered to follow up with issues that didn?t get sorted before closing which pushed things over another month after closing was meant to be, so ended up costing me more money. Also a year on and the issues that never got fixed on the house are still not done - missing trims In some rooms, leaking back door, damaged front door, crooked wall in laundry, floor that?s lifting at joins. Last time I talked to Steve was told to take it up with the builder. Pretty unprofessional. When i was looking at buying the house was told I can?t offer anything less than asking price. I feel I was ripped off as we bought the place before it was finished so fell as though they finished the house on the cheap since it was already sold. Was told I would get landscaping which never happened. They wouldn?t put anything in writing as was told everything would get down and to take their word. We still like the house just not the way things were handled. I?ve learnt a lot through this process on not to trust people?s word and get everything in writing. Live and learn I suppose.

Steve is the best agent in Northwest Arkansas. Weve been calling on Steve to help us buy/sell for over 13 years. I wouldnt have anyone else work in my corner. Trust, expertise, negotiating, knowledge of the market. Hes the best.

Very detailed and honest and was able to show the houses requested on time.Right guy for the job and was able to explain the pros and cons of buying a house .He doesn?t push us to buy the houses he shows.We can trust him and at least 15 of my friends had bought houses through him and everyone has the same feedback.

Steve knows this area, different vendors, lenders and builders better than anyone. He was very quick to respond to phone calls and emails and very prompt in getting paperwork together. He introduced us to a great local lender, Home Inspection team and also did all back and forth emails, discussions between Seller, Lender and Title company. He was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. First time buyers, such as myself, will be very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of Steve!

In preparation for a move to Northwest Arkansas there were many details that had to be dealt with. My own experience as a successful Real Estate Broker for eighteem years (retired) said to hire the best RE Broker that I could find. After evaluating several candidates, Steven Atwell included, it became an easy decision. Steven was very impressive from the start. His knowledge of the market is outstanding. We were seven hundred miles apart ......Responsiveness was critical and he did an incredible job! Outstanding negotiation skills are a very strong suit for Steven! I strongly suggest considering Steven Atwell, Real Estate Professional if you are thinking of moving to Northwest Arkansas!
