Treat Realty

Austin was great from our 1st meeting. On time, consistent followed up, super happy & helpful. I would recommend him to others and plan to again on the next home purchase.

Austin was the biggest help to finding my new home! had some bumps in the road with 1-2 potential houses, but he never got impatient or disinterested whatsoever! would highly recommend him for your next home-buying experience!

We hit the jackpot when Austin became our realtor. My parents are moving from another state and lived in the same house for almost 50 years. Because of the huge change they kept getting cold feet. Austin was so patient with them. He made sure we understood the buying process step by step. In no way was he pushy. He understood that this might be a hard decision for them and was incredibly considerate and sympathetic with them and didnt feel like he was just there to get a paycheck. Austin was available at all times for our random annoying questions and immediately responded. He was so kind and made my parents feel so much better with the buying process. Once a home was found he made sure we got the best possible price and made sure some issues were taken care of in the house before closing. Austin updated us every single step of the way. He offered suggestions on lenders and inspectors but did not push us to use the people he suggested. We actually went ahead and used them and they were great also. If you are looking for a home but need someone thats not pushy and truly cares about your best interests, I recommend Austin Jones.

My experience with Austin was remarkable. He is not only professional but kind and patient. We did have an issue occur which was not under our control . It delayed my closing for 2 months , however I would not have made it if he was not my agent . I will most definitely recommend Austin to anyone looking for an exceptional agent !

Austin did an incredible job of navigating us through our first time home buying experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us feel at ease throughout. While we had one million questions and took months for us to decide, Austin never wavered and helped us find the perfect house. I HIGHLY recommend Austin!
