After numerous interviews with various realtors, I decided to choose Janyne to represent my unique oceanfront, penthouse condo with a private rooftop area on North Hutchinson Island. She was extremely professional, throughout the entire process. Unlike many realtors, she brought in a professional to photograph the unit, and compiled a great advertising & marketing campaign! She is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable. Her constant involvement, and research into community affairs helps her to understand the ever changing market. She will work diligently, and ethically for you in all aspects of a sale or purchase. During the process of buying and then selling this condo, I was exposed to numerous realtors that will only show their listings, or that of their company! I feel this is very unprofessional, and if that is what you want, then hire someone else! Janyne will listen to your buying and selling needs and present all options to you in a very professional manor.

Janyne served as our agent during our recent house hunt in the Vero Beach area. She was very patient with us, and worked hard to understand our wants versus needs in a new home. She found us the perfect house, and even though we lost the property in a bidding war, she encouraged us to put in a back up contract. As luck would have it, our contract came up, and she worked tirelessly to help us navigate through a very aggressive closing schedule on the part of the seller. This included assisting in the selection of a mortgage provider and helping us to complete all the local requirements (like POA, HOA applications, etc.). If it had not been for Janyne, we would still be looking for a house or have settled on something far inferior to what we ultimately bought. Janyne's work ethic and attention to client detail on a personal level was simply outstanding, and all other agents we have used in the past pale in comparison to her professionalism and expertise.
