I have genuinely never worked with a real estate professional who was as organized and on top of things as Tracy. We were out of town buyers looking to acquire a rental property-and literally had one day in our target city to look at homes. Tracy met us with MLS printouts of all pre-selected homes (which she coordinated with us in advance), maps to each home, and driving directions from one home to the next. We saw 8 homes in barely 4 hours due to her organization-and finished the day putting in an offer. I know from her car GPS that she had even pre-driven the route the day before, and loaded all of the target addresses into GPS in advance. Amazing. Huge kudos to Tracy as well for also having an opinion! When we asked her about a particular area/home of the city, she had no qualms about telling us it was a bad idea. We greatly appreciate her willingness to do this. If you are looking for a no-nonsense, organized, professional...Tracy is indeed your agent. If we ever buy in the area again, I would not think twice about using Tracy.
