ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, I was very excited but also intimidated by the entire process. From the day I first contacted Tracy, any fears and uncertainties I had about buying a home completely faded. The expedience in her correspondence with me and the sellers was incredible, as I never waited more than a few hours before she returned a call, text or e-mail. To every question I asked, she had a sure answer, and even knew where to point me in regards to acquiring other services like a home inspection. I had the impression quickly that she really cares for her clients during every step of the process, too. It was Tracys tact that made so much of my recent buying process even happen. At the time of this review, this is a market where a buyer needs to act fast on good real estate. Tracy informed me of this and gave me the resources I needed to be on my best watch, including an incredibly helpful website that showed and notified me of all listings nearby as soon as they came on the market. To give an example from my particular situation, I saw a condo I was interested in on the website. Touring the condo, putting in my offer, and getting my offer accepted all took place within a day of seeing it online. I never imagined homebuying could be this quick and easy as a new homebuyer. It would have never been that way without Tracy! I simply cannot recommend Tracy enough. She has the experience, diligence, and compassion to make buying a home as wonderful an experience as living in it for the first time! I am thankful to have found her and blessed to have been her client.

My wife and I decided to buy a home rather than rent. We were limited on options due to the fact that we wanted to remain in the immediate area, had a limited budget, and had a timetable to meet. Tracy was recommended to us through a family member who sang her praises. I remember when my wife spoke to her for the first time because we found out that at that time, she was on vacation, and my heart sunk. How were we gonna get this done?, I thought. Tracy was a consummate professional with an excellent network and had all of the answers for every situation that came up, starting with the advice and recommendations she provided to us that very conversation. Yes, you heard that right...she took the time to speak with us, people she barely knew, WHILE ON VACATION. She put us in touch with all of the right people and made the homebuying process as smooth as it could be, even during times like these we live in now. I never had any issues reaching out to her or her assistant Dawn, who answered so many questions and was always so nice. Tracy always made sure that everything was as it should be and reached out to the seller any time that there was a question or issue. Its hard to believe, but we started this process on June 29 and closed on our new home on August 3. Tracy has a great sense of urgency in returning phone calls and messages in answering questions promptly always. Tracy made our home buying experience the best ever. Tracy used her many years of industry knowledge skill , & experience negotiating on our behalf bringing to our attention legal issues and many important details that would?ve easily been overlooked by other agents. Tracy was absolutely professional went above and beyond in every way possible. I am not a the person who writes many reviews matter of fact this is only the second review that I?ve given in the last five years , but I really must because Tracy Rowland and her team deserves it .. I could sit here and easily write three pages about how many different ways Tracy went above and beyond the call of duty to help us to purchase the home of our dreams. I could Tell you about how many times she called us back promptly even after hours on the weekends always promptly. It didn?t matter which day of the week it was or even if it was after business hours. We began the home buying process before Thanksgiving holiday. First thing that really surprised us is that some real estate agents just don?t get the importance of making every customer question a priority and I can tell you Tracy did that for us from the beginning until the end. I can tell you that she called us back on Thanksgiving and even on the weekends and even through Christmas and New Years. Tracy even called us back when she was vacationing with her family During the Christmas holiday which was way above and beyond we didn?t expect her to call us back but she always called us back no matter when it was even after hours weekends holidays . The sellers were difficult not very motivated unfortunately the sellers agent was not even close to level professionalism that we got working with Tracy. Tracy fought for us every step of the way to get the home that we wanted for the price that we wanted as if she was using all her years of skill and experience and she made us feel like family!! Tracy deserves nothing but the best credit. You can trust her and her team to help your family to get the best possible outcome . if we ever buy a home again we will recommend Tracy Rowland and Dawn Henneman 100% .

We have spent several hours doing walk throughs in several different locations in Cabarrus and Stanley county. I finally found a house in Albemarle in May 2018. There were a few hiccups, but Tracy and Dawn where right on top of it. Especially the day of closing.
