Town Real Estate

Kevin was highly recommended to me from a previous client who lived in my complex. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole selling process. He was caring and patient and understood my particular needs as a senior, solo, snowbird. Kevin was always available and kept in contact with me during the sales process, especially since I was out of the country most of the time. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in. I appreciate Kevins patience as he was able to get a fantastic price for my home. I'm so grateful for Kevins determination, generosity and expertise. As you can see, I highly recommend Kevin for any real estate requirements you may have. Thanks a BIG BUNCH Kevin!

We recently bought a home in Cathedral City and feel very lucky that we were represented by the quintessential agent that clearly knows his craft, Kevin Stern. His tag line could easily be, "Knowledge, Integrity, and Results!" I recommend him highly. He is very accessible via all forms of media...text, email, video calls, and even that old fashioned telephone. He is very responsive. He is a problem solver too. In our transaction, the sellers were represented by an agent team that was moving from one brokerage to another. That team was very unresponsive. Kevin's persistence and business acumen were instrumental in making our transaction a success. Trust me, you won't go wrong with Kevin Stern.

Kevin was an incredible realtor. This was my first time buying a home, and he made me feel completely taken care of. From all the little details you dont expect a realtor to handle, he went above and beyond, providing a clear list of utilities, reminding me of all deadlines, and guiding me through everything I needed to do. You can truly tell he has been doing this for a long time, his expertise echoed throughout the whole experience, making things feel seamless and supported. From advocating for me during inspections to being proactive about things I hadnt even thought of, Kevin anticipated my needs without me having to ask. I always felt like I was going through this sale with him, not alone. Checking in and giving me calls and updates on everything I wanted to know was sincerely appreciated, it kept me excited and fully up to date on the progress of the sale, and I just loved it! I cant thank Kevin enough for making the daunting experience of buying a home so seamless. I truly appreciated his attitude, guidance, and professionalism throughout. When you imagine buying a home, this is exactly the kind of experience you hope for, and Kevin delivered.

Kevin Stern is an outstanding realtor. He made the process of selling my house so easy because of his knowledge, skills, & professionalism. Kevin kept me apprised of every step in the process, returned my calls promptly, and made it clear to me that my satisfaction in selling my home was his priority. Because of Kevin's expertness, he got top dollar for my home.Having used another agent before, I can honestly say that there is a huge difference in one who takes pride in his work, like Kevin does.I would use Kevin Stern again in a heartbeat!

Kevin was very knowledgeable of the area which helped us focus on our search for a home. He was easy to deal with while being honest about our search and the homes we looked at.
