Town Real Estate

Escrow closed recently on my new home, and I want to share my experience with Realtor Geoffrey Moore. Geoff made finding a home in Palm Springs an easy process. He listened carefully when I told him the qualities I was looking for in a home and only showed me properties that met my needs, so there was no wasting of time. He was consistently upbeat, professional, punctual, proactive, knowledgeable, and efficient. He's experienced and a good negotiator, too. If anyone is looking for a Realtor in the Coachella Valley, Geoff won't disappoint.

Geoffrey Moore is the realtor you hope for but rarely find. I came to Geoffrey after a genuinely disappointing experience with a previous listing agent, and the contrast was night and day. Where the first agent left me frustrated and losing confidence in the process altogether, Geoffrey swooped in and completely turned things around. He restored my faith that a good realtor can actually make a real difference aEUR" not just in the outcome, but in how the entire experience feels along the way. I cannot stress enough how good Geoffrey is at his job in every respect. If you're looking for a realtor who is honest, educated, experienced, and who will genuinely make your selling or buying experience as smooth as possible, look no further. Geoffrey Moore is that realtor, and I'd work with him again in a heartbeat.

We recently bought a home in Cathedral City, CA using Geoff as our Real Estate agent. There were many bumps along the way that we encountered - and it was because of Geoff and with Geoff that we made it over and through those bumps. He was right there with us, every step of the way - doing the best he could to clear those hurdles and making it as easy as possible for us. There were times that we don't know what we would have done without him. His knowledge and help were immensely appreciated! In addition to that, he has been a great resource for finding the help that we need with regards to painters, contractors, etc. His knowledge of the area and individual contacts is continually helpful!

Geoff was such a pleasure to work with. We had contacted him several years before we actually purchased our vacation home in Palm Springs, and he was extremely helpful, supportive and respectful of our needs. The first few years we weren't ready to buy. Geoff respected that and was never pushy, but he also kept us in the loop and reached out when a good opportunity would arise. When we got more serious, he was the best tour guide we could have asked for - thinking through all of the details and asking questions we wouldn't have thought to ask. In the end, we landed on our dream home and couldn't be happier.

We love, love, love Geoff and thank him for helping us find the ideal Palm Springs home for the next chapters of our lives. He is so caring and patient and knowledgeful - the perfect combination. Geoff was the perfect guide and mentor every step of the way. He has earned our highest recommendation.
