Paul navigated 2 overly-complicated real estate transactions for me. (Complicated only by other individuals involved throughout the process) But with his extensive knowledge of the industry, and an unmatched tact, he always (somehow) makes it look easy. When Paul says he'll help, it doesn't end with paperwork and advice. He ended up on my roof with tar all over his hands. He has a long history in the construction industry, and it shows. He'll be the first to grab a tool to help out, because he never forgot where his roots are. My only complaint about Paul is that he isn't licensed in every state. Now living out of state, I have to find another realtor. Thanks alot, Paul! Lol Of course, Paul being Paul, he told me to call anytime for advice. (And he means "anytime") He will answer his phone at midnight....seriously. If you want a realtor that feels like an old friend, give him a call. You won't regret it!
