Town Land Coast

I happened to spend the day with Linda and a client a few weeks ago while the buyer was shopping for a home over in the Pismo Grover Beach area. Linda's brought her dream Realtor office to life recently. Her TLC or Town~Land~Coast pretty much covers anything a buyer or seller could want from a Realtor. Having a long standing relationship with Linda first hand, she is not only extremely professional, listens well to a clients needs, she goes above and beyond for them at all levels and goes above and beyond; all the while with a most gracious smile and just an over all sharp business women. Let Linda Youngsma and the TLC group earn your trust and business, I guarantee you'll be very comfortable with the personal service and time.

Very professional and patience. Helped me buy a repo. Lots of computer work, which was beyond my keen. Dealt with people flipping the house as well as entity selling the house. Pretty complicated. Also helped me sell the house I owned. Took eight months, so Linda was very diligent and patience.

Linda was very approachable with questions and/or concerns I had in buying my home. She had a great smile on her face and was as excited I was in viewing homes. Linda was honest and upfront and understood how big of an investment my young family was making and led us in the right direction!

I have known Linda for over 40 years. She has handled 6 of my real estate transactions. Always professional. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

Wow, what can I say Linda made us feel at ease when looking for a home and with the sale of my house. She was always ready to respond to our e-mails and calls and made sure our questions were answered. Linda also took wonderful pictures of my home before placing it on the net. Linda I couldn't thank you enough!
