Town & Country Realty

Marty was truly exceptional. She approached our home search with care and dedication. Her attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring we considered every important aspect of each property. Her timely communication kept us informed at every step, making the process smooth and stress-free. She anticipated our needs and went above and beyond to meet them, often before we even asked. What stood out most was how she treated us like family. She genuinely had our best interests at heart and fought for us as if she were finding a home for her own kids. Her warm, caring nature made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel supportive and even enjoyable. Thanks to her expertise and genuine commitment, we found not just a house, but a perfect home for our family. We couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent.

Marty did an outstanding job as my representative to sell my home. She is very knowledgeable and connected, so when you have a unique requirement she is ready to get it done! I really appreciated her positive attitude and roll up your sleeves approach. My addition was not properly represented in the county records and she got it updated very quickly. Yes, I would work with Marty again.

Marty was absolutely amazing to work with. Marty is knowledgable about the area and really paid attention to our wants and needs. She was communicative throughout the process. She helped make us feel comfortable in our new town and home.

Marty was generous with her time and really helped me figure out the home-buying process. I appreciated that she gave me straight answers and pointed out details about every property we looked at that I wouldn't have noticed. She always came prepared too, having done background research on each property, any renovations, permits, etc.

Marty and her team helped and guided us throughout the process of finding a home for a cross-country move, and we are so happy with our home! She went above and beyond for us, and I highly recommend her!
