Jessica was fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood each step of the process of selling my home. I could not imagine navigating all the legal documentation without her. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with!

I worked with Jessica to sell my house in Elsie, and she was awesome to work with. Super easy to communicate with, always quick to answer questions, and really flexible through the whole process. Shes super detail oriented, which made everything go smoothly and stress free. Id definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, and Ill be using her again when its time to buy my next place.

Jessica Dornin showed us our dream home and wrote an offer for us. Unfortunately, a second offer came in and, despite an improvement to our original offer, the sellers chose the second offer. Jessica asked if we wanted to enter into a backup position and negotiated that with the listing agent. To our amazement, 13 days later she called to let us know that our backup offer had been accepted. This began a process unlike the transactions on any of our previous 6 homes. Jessica seemed to anticipate all of our questions and concerns and had answers ready for us immediately. She provided property records, educated us on issues such as septic tank inspections and maintenance, provided details about neighboring properties and even provided a list of vendors for a variety of services in our new neighborhood. She accompanied us during the inspection and worked with us to write a repair addendum which saved us nearly $1,500 in repair costs. She also attended our signing and provided valuable insights and advice. We are very happy in our new home and thankful to have worked with Jessica. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property in Oregon.

We have purchased two homes and sold one home with Jessica as our agent. She is simply spectacular! Quick responses, detailed and thoughtful answers to questions, great listener, plus she brought staging items and helped us move some furniture back and forth between two homes along with assisting with minor repairs that needed to be made. Jessica pays great attention to details and thinks of every possible scenario that may need looking into or following up. If you are choosing between agents and Jessica is one of them, choose Jessica. She is great to work with!

Jess has been amazing through the entire home selling process. Our home went pending in less than 2 weeks due to her knowledge of our local market and her willingness to make our open house fun and inviting. Additionally.....she helped us purchase this same home 5 years ago, so we've been lucky enough to have her as a buyers agent too.
