We met Kendra at an open house about 3 years ago, looking for a home in Mesa Verde. Over the years she kept in touch with us and we called on her when we needed vendors for a property we already owned, painters, termite etc. We shared what we were looking for, which specific neighborhoods in Mesa Verde we liked, size and and specs of our ideal next home. Over this time she often reached out with opportunities before they became available to the public, so amazing! In Dec. 2025 - she did just that and we immediately knew that this was it! She had a seller ready to sell and we were ready to buy in a dream neighborhood that she knew would be perfect for our needs and budget.
