Torelli Realty

Khoi is the embodiment of a consummate professional. This is the second home purchase weve done with Khoi, and his expertise has helped us close the deal each time over many other competitive buyers. Khoi takes his fiduciary responsibility to his clients very seriously and can be unsolicitedly self-sacrificial to secure a deal. It goes without saying that he is an excellent communicator. While many might look for an agent they find easy to talk to and get along with, one of Khois greatest superpowers is his likeability and rapport with other agents. Hes able to ascertain crucial information from listing agents that Ive only seen working with Khoi. Having Khoi as your agent gives you such a competitive edge. He has modern takes and knowledge on the current real estate market instead of relying on antiquated sales approaches. I cant recommend him enough.

Kendra helped us secure our dream house in our dream neighborhood! Her knowledge of the pockets and neighborhoods in Costa Mesa was unmatched and incredibly helpful when making such a big decision. She was so communicative, flexible, and smart. We will recommend her to anyone looking in Costa Mesa and beyond! We are so lucky to have found her.

Working with Kendra Fisher was truly one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying journey. From our very first conversation to the day we got the keys, she made the entire process feel seamless, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Her knowledge, professionalism, patience, and dedication were evident every step of the way. Kendra took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered every question promptly, and always made us feel like we were her top priority. When challenges came up, she handled everything with confidence and expertise, making what could have been a stressful experience feel incredibly smooth. We found the perfect home, and we couldn't be happier. We always felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients the way they do. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and truly committed to helping you find the right home, we can't recommend Kendra Fisher highly enough.

Were so grateful to Khoi Le for helping us find the perfect first home for our family of five! We were still based in NorCal and commuting to see homes, and Khoi helped us find the right fit in about a week. He understood our familys needs, handled negotiations with a very difficult seller, and introduced us to Dat, who helped us navigate the mortgage process with our complicated financial situation as owners of multiple businesses. There were a lot of moving parts, and Khois guidance and dedication helped us get through it all and close on our first home. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who will go the extra mile for their family!

Khoi was exceptional to work with. He was attentive to our needs and was such a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to everything we ever asked and was readily available which really put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone and really enjoyed working with him. We love our new house and neighborhood. Thanks Khoi!
