Top Homes Realty

I am thrilled to write a review for Mica Ben Ami, an exceptional real estate agent who has greatly surpassed the typical duties of a realtor. From the outset of our home search, Mica was a beacon of professionalism and expertise. He stood by us every step of the way, offering invaluable negotiation skills, education, and advice. His ability to understand our family's specific needs was nothing short of remarkable. Mica consistently steered us away from properties that didn't meet our criteria, saving us countless hours and effort. Mica's insights were crucial in our decision-making process. He not only found properties that perfectly aligned with our desires but also connected us with a superb lawyer and a reliable bank. His recommendations were spot on, and he never once pressured us into any decisions. This level of integrity and dedication is a rare find in the real estate world. Mica's commitment to providing a full-service experience was evident in every interaction. It was clear that his priority was not just to make a sale, but to ensure that we found a home that truly suited us. His genuine care and concern for our needs set him apart as more than just an agent, but as a trusted advisor. I cannot recommend Mica Ben Ami highly enough for anyone in need of real estate services. His professionalism, expertise, and heartfelt dedication make him an outstanding choice for any potential buyer or seller. If you're looking for an agent who truly cares and delivers exceptional service, Mica is your guy.

Mica did a fantastic job with assisting us in purchasing our first home. We never had any trouble getting in contact with him for any questions or concerns and he was very responsive. Phenomenal guy and would do business with him again!

Mica did outstanding job with purchasing our home. He was always there for us. Anytime he would find time for us. Mica is a wonderful, kind, funny and honest person. You will enjoy to work with him. Highly recommended!!!! Really great guy for your real estate needs.

Mica and his team were excellent. They were very attentive and made the process very comfortable for me. They did a great job with a realistic listin price and even better job negotiating a very fair price while being very expedient about the process. He and his team are very friendly, very courteous, and very caring. I know real estate is a business, but they seemed to genuinely care about the circumstances of our need to sell and were looking out for our best interest from start to finish. They help make the process from myself and my mother very easy with their attention to detail and were able to yield her a good deal. They also put us in contact with a very good lawyer who made the transaction fairly seamless. I highly recommend Mica Ben Ami and his associates. Thank you
