Ian did an outstanding job of finding a new house for us!! He is a very affectionate guy with a lot of patience. He worked with picky buyers like us for 4 years because of these qualities. He made appointments for showings at the drop of a hat and all this was always done with a smile on his face. In addition to all his inter personal skills , he is also very knowledgeable in his field and was able to give us good advice in the turbulent housing market post Covid. He also provided good pointers in the bidding process and has great negotiation skills. I would highly recommend having Ian be your realtor for your next house and I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Ian was by far the worst realtor Ive ever dealt with. Listed wrong number of beds and bath on my house after at least 5+ times of asking him to correct it. It still has wrong number of bathrooms listed as I'm typing this. I recommend whoever reads this. Find any other real estate agent. Please. Do not go with Ian.
