Toner Real Estate

We worked with Colleen and Anna on the sale of our house and they were both great. They were both very helpful with answering any questions we had at any time of day, setting up showings and any other inspections around our schedule to make it as easy as possible for our family. Also helped us coordinate to buy our next house. We would highly recommend!!

I recently sold my house where I had lived for almost 50 years. Colleen was very helpful with her advice for the things I needed to do to prepare my home for sale. What started out as an overwhelming process ended up being a very positive experience thanks to Colleen Toner and her team! I was very happy with the results!

During a very stressful time in my life, Colleen was the perfect realtor. She is obviously a very experienced agent and we were very happy with the outcome.

Anna is an incredible real estate agent. My experience with her was my first time on the housing market looking for a house; and she made everything understand with all the complexity of the housing market and provided good advice.Communication with her was terrific. I had her number and whenever I had a question or needed information about something, I would shoot her a text and she would always respond in a timely manner. She supported us every step of the way.Overall I cannot thank Anna enough for everything that she has done for my family. She had our backs, and we were able to purchase our first home. Thank u so much Anna!

Colleen recently helped me sell my family home in Nahant. And she sold it in a week! She was very knowledgeable about the comps. Priced it correctly, and got the job done.Colleen always returned my calls in a timely fashion and answered all my questions. Colleen & her team even took care of all the small tedious things that had to be done like fire inspections, final town bills etc. etc.I would 100% recommend Colleen & her team.
