We really enjoyed working with Heidi Potter on our relocation to Coeur d' Alene from Southern Oregon.Our plan was to relocate to CDA to be with family after retirement in 2019. Heidi came highly recommended so we arranged a phone conversation in advance to our visit in August 2018.During our visit Heidi was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area.She was well prepared and we were able to visit a number of homes in the area. This first aEURoetouraEUR? gave Heidi a good idea as to our style.Later in the week, we were able to look at additional properties. She also continued to send us listings for additional properties.In March of 2019 we sold our existing home and made arrangements to meet with Heidi. After a few false starts, we were able to sign a contract for a new home in CDA Place.Heidi continued to stay in touch during the build process. She was also available during the walkthrough and closing with the title company.Following closing, we also relied on Heidi for direction on a number of other items not related to the home.We would highly recommend Heidi and plan to contact her again on a rental property.

We were selling our home in California and purchasing a home in Idaho. As soon as we accepted an offer on our home and went into escrow, we booked our flight to Idaho the following weekend so we could look at houses and make an offer. There was a very tight timeline to do so based on our California escrow. Our original realtor from another firm then flaked on us at the last minute. In a panic, I asked my California realtor for a new recommendation.Sarah Griffin immediately stepped in and stepped up to the plate the night before we were due to arrive. She lined up several viewings for us based on our needs for the next day, and we found our house that same night and made an offer. Her knowledge in helping us navigate an out-of-state purchase was much needed in what turned out to be a bit of a nightmare escrow process. When we finally arrived at our new home, there was a lovely welcome gift basket waiting for us. I cannot recommend Sarah Griffin highly enough.

Lea and her associate Sarah Griffin were extremely helpful in providing me with a very thorough itinerary from Coeur d'Alene, to Hayden Lake, and Lake Pend Oreille showing as many property as it was practical within a few days while we were in town. Extremely nice lakefront homes, and also other homes as well in downtown Coeur d'Alene and Hayden lake. My wife and I really enjoyed Sarah's attitude in presenting us with some of the best properties among a list that I had provided her regarding what we were looking for. At the end of the tours, we had narrowed down to one home that would be a possible purchase, however someone already made a cash offer earlier that day. Sarah did not despair, but also pointed out a nearby empty lot that could potentially provide us with a building site near the house we liked the most. We decided to make an offer for the empty lot, and Sarah provided us with the best service, guiding us along the process of arranging for a limited Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, providing me with contact information for all the governmental agencies for utilities, zoning issues, opening up escrow, handling all the paperwork through Docusign, and finally getting to the closing of escrow. Sarah was always on top of things, calling me to make sure we met every milestone at the right time. She even provided me with contacts for local architects and builders, so I can get the project started to build my own custom home. All together I was really impressed and very satisfied with Sarah, and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a property in the area.
