TOM CRIMMINS REALTY

Tom and Sally made our selling process fast and easy. Very professional and would highly recommend them. Our house sold in one weekend which was beyond our expectations.

Before we met Tom, we attempted to contact several realtors. However, nobody took us seriously. We met Tom on one of his listings, and he followed up with us on the same night. This was how he became our agent. He was very patient with us, and he always provided us with an update. He also has lots of connections. We will definitely recommend Tom and his partner, and will contact Tom again if we need his service in the future.

Tom DeLese and Sally Malfi exceeded our expectations. Their knowledge of the market was remarkable. They were extremely professional and enabled us to have a quick and seemless sale. At the same time they were kind and personable and were sensitive to our specific needs. Most importantly they were always available and held our hand through every step. Cant say enough nice things. We are grateful we found them. We were confident that we were dealing with the best of the best and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Delese and Malfi walked us through the viewing and purchasing of a home. They were honest, forthcoming, and receptive to what we were looking for in a home. Our process was quick and almost painless due to their help and insight. This was our first time buying a home and the team truly made this a quick and great experience. Thanks!

I highly recommend the DeLese Maldives sales team. Their knowledge and guidance was invaluable throughout the whole process. Their attention or detail, patience and quick repose time are unmatched. They are truly the best and thanks to them we have our forever home.
