When my husband and I were ready to purchase our first house, we had several realtors in mind. After weighing the pros & cons of each realtor, we ultimately decided to go with Regina Rey. We couldnt be happier with our decision. Regina worked tirelessly for five months to find the perfect house for us. Regina truly cared and invested her time to listen to our non-negotiables, answered all our phone calls/emails/texts promptly, paid no mind when showing us countless properties that we literally walked in and right out of, and kindly showed some properties a second time because we were on the fence. After 36 years of owning our family vacation home at the Colorado River, it was time to pass it along to another young family to raise their children in an environment that is healthy, safe and family friendly above all. I initially tried on my own by word of mouth in our immediate area, however, after 3 months of curious questions and no interested buyers I decided it was time to enlist a realtor. Enter Regina Rey! She is not from the area, shes actually based out of Orange County. There was not a moment of hesitation when I asked if she would help me with this overwhelming process. Regina went above and beyond to promote my water front property through social media, signage and numerous trips to Blythe, CA for showings to interested buyers. This process took 7 months. The perfect buyer loved the property and the rest is history! Reginas follow through on every detail was absolutely impeccable. From the phone call updates, emails, escrow details and also the dealings with the Colorado River Indian Tribe (CRIT) as the property is on Indian leased land. She was professional at all times to me as well as the buyers. I would highly recommend Regina Rey for any and all of your real estate transactions!
