There was no way I would have been able to maintain and/or sell my million plus dollar childhood home while living out of state without her help. She researched and communicated with contractors that met my needs and were within my budget, and personally oversaw all updates made to the house. She is not from the area, shes actually based out of Orange County. There was not a moment of hesitation when I asked if she would help me with this overwhelming process. Regina went above and beyond to promote my water front property through social media, signage and numerous trips to Blythe, CA for showings to interested buyers. This process took 7 months. The perfect buyer loved the property and the rest is history! Reginas follow through on every detail was absolutely impeccable. I wanted top dollar so she told me what changes I should make and that we needed to stage my house. She gave me a list of exactly what I needed to do and when to do it. It was overwhelming at first but she was there every step of the way and made the process so easy. We had multiple offers the first day we had showings, and sold the property for $25,000 over list price! I know Regina has other clients but she makes you feel like you are her only one and I consider her a friend after working with her. She knows the areas very well: market trends, house histories, and paid close attention to our preferences. Instead of pushing us to find a house quickly, she would prefer that we find a house that we like, which we do, including our young kids, who refer to the house that we purchased as ?Regina?s house?, since they met and chatted with her during each house visit. When the house transactions started, she responded our questions promptly, and patiently. She coordinated all the parties involved and moved the process forward quite efficiently. Sometimes when disagreements among parties arose, she could clarify the issues, and came up with solutions reasonable and acceptable to the parties.
