From the moment I reached out to Lori Nettles of TLC Realty, I was impressed with her professionalism, and it was evident that she had a willingness to go beyond what is typical. My partner and I were in Hawaii and looking for two properties in the North Country; a primary residence and an investment property, so what we needed was not going to be simple. When I emailed Lori, along with a few other realtors about our needs, she was already scheduled, but she made sure someone responded to me immediately to make that initial contact. Other realtors I reached out to either did not get back to me, left me waiting, or provided a generic response. We had a long list of properties and not a lot of time during our visit with which to view them, but Lori made it happen. After our first outing her honesty, personality (she always had a smile which was especially helpful when I did not), and knowledge of the North Country made our home search easy and pleasurable. We felt like we ran her all over the county, but she was always ready, willing, organized (so important), and able to assist us in our search. Not only did she show us all of the properties we wanted to see, she connected us to another realtor for a couple of properties that were outside of the county, and listened enough to us that she was able to identify several others properties that were not on our radar. Not only did Lori find the house we wanted to make into a home, she was a comforting presence during the closing as well. Following the closing, Lori was also a helpful source for local services (plumber, electrician etc.) that were needed since the home was a foreclosure and in need of a lot of love and TLC. She was also helpful and tolerant of my many questions.Lori Nettles of TLC Realty did not disappoint. In fact, she exceeded our expectations. I absolutely recommend Lori for your real estate needs. In addition to her professionalism, she was generous with her knowledge, personable, trustworthy, and committed. The real estate industry needs more individuals like Lori Nettles.
