James did a fantastic job as our realtor! This was our first home purchase and he was available with any questions we had during the process. He was always available when we wanted to see any houses. This was especially needed with the housing market being so competitive right now. Great job and will definitely hire him in the future if I need to.

James has been amazing from beginning to end of the process of purchasing the home. He has gone above and beyond what he was supposed to do. And still after closing he is still helping me find people to assist me in the moving process from the other side of the country.

James communication was by far the best I have ever experienced with home purchasing he never dodges your calls and sometimes he just calls to check up on you. He is realistic, down to earth, and in tune with the market so he can quickly decipher your needs and cut through a lot of the waste that would normally slow down agents and buyers. I'm happy to say this wont be the last time I work with James. James does a great job of leading the process but does an even better job of following his clients direction.
