Tierra Antigua Realty

On a one to ten score she gets 15. AMAZING is not even close to how well she did for us. After 11 months with another company and no sales.. we decided to sign with Cathy. This young lady did what needed to be done and in 10 days we had a full price offer.. and in 14 days we had a second full price offer, SO if you want to sell your property please call Cathy, she is absolutely the best! And you cant go wrong with her..

Cathy was incredible to work with! I highly recommend working with her and her team. Theyre so professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire process. We couldnt have been happier with her.

We loved Cathy and are having her help us sell our home now we got our new home. She made herself available at all hours especially when we had concerns. She made sure all deadlines were met and kept on top of everything so we had little to worry about and it was smooth sailing. He and her husband are a amazing team and they helped us with all aspects of the buying process including making sure we knew when homes came on the market that were what would fit our family. We had lost many homes to other people we worked with not keeping us updated on homes and also giving us homes that were not what we were looking for or too small. We loved that they treated us like family and put in 110% into helping us get our dream home. She also helped us get workers so we could get our home ready to move in which has meant the world to us. They care and that is important in my eyes when looking for people to work with. Thanks Cathy so much for everything! The Baers

Cathy was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way through buying our first home. As first-time home buyers, we had so many questions, and she made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We are beyond grateful for her patience, guidance, and support. Highly recommend!

I was introduced to Cathy through my lender. Right off the bat I felt that we clicked. Shes a long time local and knows the area very well. She checked in with me almost daily. We looked at 3 properties and I found my house. From the first moment I spoke with her to today, she continues to check in on us. She always answered calls and texts immediately. We are so happy we decided to go with her. We will definitely recommend her to everyone that asks and use her again if needed in the future.
