We actually purchase our home during the Covid lockdown, so we were unable to actually do a walkthrough of the homes we were interested in purchasing. Luck for us, we found Joe Thornhill. Joe was easily the best realtor weve ever used over the years. In the beginning, he was us question about what we were looking for in great detail. Based on our answers, he was able to give us several choices that we were able to view on Zillow. When we decide we wanted to aEURoelookaEUR? at several houses, Joe came up with the idea of doing a video conference with us as he walked through the houses. After we decided on the one we wanted, he took care of everything and made the buying process so simple. Joes knowledge of the areas was so instrumental in helping us decided on which area in Prescott/Chino Valley/Dewey area communities, and which one was for us. After buying house and finally making it to Arizona, the house was aEURoeperfectaEUR? and exactly what we wanted. We cannot recommend Joe Thornhill highly enough.
