I would highly recommend Heidi Robinson for real estate needs in Santa Cruz county. My husband and I both work at home and so needed work space and well as living space. That along with wanting to live in Felton and having a limiting price point made finding a place for us a challenge. When we first sat down to talk about our parameters, Heidi was quick to pick up on our needs and wants. She told us it would be possible to get a property at our price point, but that finding one with the space layout we needed would be a challenge. However, she thought that with persistence, it could be done. She set us up with a search tool of the MLS that showed us the properties that met our parameters as soon as they came on the market. She had us do drive-bys and go to open houses, and personally showed us places that looked like good possibilities. We made offers on three properties that we did not end up buying, but it was all good training for getting the property that we eventually did purchase.Over the whole process, having a person to help us who was professional, straight-forwardly honest, encouraging and pleasant to work with was a big boost. We could not have asked for a better experience with a realtor. She has years of experience doing this, and knows all the ins and outs. She counseled us on how to get an offer accepted. When we were in escrow, she took care of a myriad of necessary details. Now we have a delightful place to live and work!In sum, Heidi Robinsons service as a realtor is truly exemplary. She is the best!
