I have been through the real estate buy, sell, relocate process a few times. Looking at the numerous agents we used Dan stands out for a number of reasons.First, he has an unique ability to point out floor plan flaws, odd overhead light placements, and other things which could go unnoticed to emotional buyers.Secondly, he is extremely patient. My wife and I looked at 60 - 70 houses before Dan helped us find our home. Many times we were excited about a particular house (emotion driven) Dan pointed out things to consider, which lead to us deciding to continue the search. He was more concerned with our long term satisfaction then earning a quick commission.Thirdly, he is a tough negotiator. We got top dollar for the property we recently sold and he was able to help us negotiate a great price and terms for our home. Oh yeah, in the most challenging real estate market of our time.My only regret is Dan is our most recent real estate agent and not our first.
