Three Rivers Real Estate

Tiwana is knowledgeable and her negotiation skills were valuable while negotiating our terms during the contract process. She was involved in all aspects of our closing. Tiwana even communicated with the lender on our behalf a few times when we werent able to reach him. She was very professional and from our first conversation over the phone she had this go getter attitude. I knew she was the right realtor during the purchase of our new home!

Tiwana was a pleasure to work with. She worked hard from day one to get my property sold, and was successful! She clearly loves what she does and it shows in her work ethic and commitment to her clients.

Tiwana did an excellent job working with us on the adventure of our home searching. She was great at communicating with us and negotiating from start to finish. Would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a home.

She did amazing. It was kind of daunting buying a house for the first time, but Tiwana made it feel like I was on my fifth house. She listened to what I wanted in a house, but would interject if she thought I was making a bad financial decision. She also knew plenty of people in the industry that could help with the house after I bought it.

Top tier realtor!!! Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is seeking to buy or sell their home! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and prompt. She answered all my questions to the process I didnt understand and closing was a breeze
