Thompson Daviau Realty

She was a warrior for us throughout our home purchase, I HIGHLY recommend Kim! I would refer any friends and family! She stuck up for us, she was patient, she cheered us on, and damn we did it! So psyched she was there to help us!

Kim was our seller agent for a large tract, first time ever on market property with an agricultural preservation easement. She thoughtfully guided us through the process with patience, advocacy, support, positivity and quick responsiveness in her communications. Her beautifully written description of the farm reflected not only technical property facts, but the beauty and rich history of the property. It was clear that she listened to our story as we made both a financial and emotional decision to sell. We made the right choice selecting Kim, Revi and Compass New Hope as our real estate team.

Kim was great to work with! She was super knowledgeable about the whole bucks county area. She spent a lot of time showing me any and all homes that might be of interest, found a ton of info on properties I was interested in, and once I decided to make an offer she made the whole process easy. Shes great at her job!

Kim helped us buy our dream home last year and just recently, she helped us sell the house we moved out of. The selling process was stressful, with lots of inspection challenges, but her expertise, clear communication, and emotional support kept us calm and motivated. She was always available, open, and honest, which made a huge difference. Thanks to her hard work, we sold for more than we expected. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim Hawksworth to anyone seeking a dedicated and supportive partner in their real estate journey.

Kim was our realtor for a unique property sale here in Niwot over the past year. She was keenly and appropriately committed to earning our trust and eventual listing. Kim helped us through the entire process and gave us very sound and very useful advice throughout the listing and eventual sale. I would have no hesitation recommending Kim Hawksworth as a realtor for a person looking for a tireless and committed partner in reaching out to the market with every possible outcome explored. Thank you Kim for your excellent work on the successful and profitable sale of my Mother's home in Niwot!
