As first time home buyers, we were very clueless and had a lot of questions. Mark is very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and he helped guide us through the home buying process, answering any questions that we had. Initially, we were unsure what kind of property we wanted to purchase, but he provided us with great insight on the different kinds of property and things we should consider. We sent him a listing of properties we wanted to see and he was quick to set up viewings. When we went to view the properties, he gave us his opinion on the properties and environment which we found very helpful in making our decision. Mark proved that he is an excellent negotiator. Mark helped make the escrow process as seamless as possible by providing us with updates, ensuring we were submitting things on time, answering any questions, and addressing any concerns we had.
