We discussed comps in the area, recent sales and he was very receptive to any suggestions and when asked for his input he gave it. The whole process was pretty much seamless to us due to Mark's level of participation. I didn't realize how the process had changed in the "Covid" age. You really need someone of this caliber. Review As first time home buyers, we were very clueless and had a lot of questions. Mark is very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and he helped guide us through the home buying process, answering any questions that we had. Initially, we were unsure what kind of property we wanted to purchase, but he provided us with great insight on the different kinds of property and things we should consider. We sent him a listing of properties we wanted to see and he was quick to set up viewings. When we went to view the properties, he gave us his opinion on the properties and environment which we found very helpful in making our decision. Mark proved that he is an excellent negotiator. Mark helped make the escrow process as seamless as possible by providing us with updates, ensuring we were submitting things on time, answering any questions, and addressing any concerns we had. In the end, Mark helped us secure our dream home and we could not be happier. Mark is amazing and we would definitely recommend him as your realtor.

Review Mark really knows how to sell a house. As soon as we hired him, he had photographers come and take professional pictures and video. Our house was listed fast and we had open houses almost every weekend. He puts a lot of signs out to point to the Open House so the house got lots of visitors. We really appreciated Mark being there when we had questions or were unsure of something. He has a very nice and helpful personality and understands real estate very well. His advice about not doing unnecessary upgrades saved us lots of money. Thank you very much, Mark.

Review Working with Mark to sell my mom's house was very easy. His negotiation skills are excellent. He goes out of his way to make sure everything was done right and was always available to help my mom. The house sold right away and we had no problems. Escrow even closed early! If you need a real estate agent Mark is your man.

Review I feel extremely fortunate that Mak was our agent. There were a few hiccups in the sell and Mark was able to guide us through for a successful sell. He works so hard. He was always available to speak with us or would call back immediately. I honestly don't think our house would have sold so fast without him. He is super honest and ethical. I highly recommend Mark for selling houses.

Review Mark really hustles and keeps in touch, his efforts sets him apart from other RE Sales and he gets results. His focus is in the Via Verde area where he knows every street and all housing activities in San Dimas. He works very hard, does open houses every week end and posts numerous signs that brings attention to your property. Mark is very professional, honest and trustworthy.
