The Mitten Group

TJ and his team did a wonderful job helping us sell our home. Everything went very smoothly. The pictures and video looked wonderful and everyone was so responsive.

TJ and team were amazing. They handled all details from listings, pictures, showings, offers, negotiations, and closing with expertise and enthusiasm. All I had to do was show up when needed!! They treated me and my home with love and respect. It was my first time selling a house and they made it stress free.

TJ and his staff are awesome to deal with. His experience with real estate in the area helped me make an offer that was quickly accepted by the seller. The area is highly competitive, so listings are quickly turned to contingent or pending. The process after that was very simple especially for me as I currently live downstate. This purchase of land is for a retirement home for myself. Thanks again to TJ and his staff to help make my dreams come true.

TJ was a true professional, guiding me through each step of the listing and sale of my Bay Hill vacant lot. As I continue my search for another northern Michigan vacation property there is no one else that I would consider doing so.

Tj had our property sold in a very short time which was wonderful and was very easy to work with, hes very knowledgeable and knows how to do his job very well it was a pleasure working with TJ.
