The Keyes Co

Helen worked with me and my wife for several months. She was very patient and helpful. She narrowed down our search to properties that were within our budget and criteria. We ended up with a place that we love. Thanks for all your help Helen!

This past spring we made several trips to Florida in hopes of purchasing a home. We were referred to Helen by a friend who owns real estate in the area of Bradenton, where we were looking. After submitting offers on three different properties we finally purchased a home. Helen was very patient with us and was very attentive to seeking out answers we had regarding the many properties we viewed. She was very helpful before the closing and gave us the name of an insurance agent, who got us excellent coverage for thousands less than I could find on my own. If you are looking to buy in Florida, contact Helen.

I worked with Helen recently in the purchase of a home in Bradenton. Helen responds quickly to requests and helped tremendously to complete our purchase smoothly and professionally. I would gladly hire Helen to represent me as a buyer or as a seller. Thanks again for your help!

Helen was everything a person wants and needs when it comes to real estate. Prompt response, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Helen to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

Helen did an outstanding job from the beginning of showing us potential properties to buy, through the closing and even afterwards answering our questions and giving us great advice.
