Suzanne was non responsive most of the time. Right before I arrived at closing, alone, as she did not come with me, she added an additional fee for administrative costs for the sale of my elderly father's home that was selling it for long term care. The contract I signed specifically declined that additional cost yet she still felt the need to charge it and take money from an elderly man. She advised she would take care of it but that never happened even after I messaged her asking her when and how she planned on returning the funds. She just ignored me after that. So disappointed that she would take money from an elderly person and would never recommend.
