The Cutting Edge Realtors

Kellee provided exceptional levels of service throughout our home-buying journey. She was very available when we were looking at houses, and made time on Saturdays and Sundays to accomodate our schedules. She was knowledgeable of the local housing market and maintained constant communication, even returning emails and texts well after regular business hours. Once we placed an offer on our home and went under contract, she was timely in making sure we were aware of deadlines and any contract amendments as needed. Her team, especially Terri S. was also very helpful. Kellee brought excellent recommendations for lender and insurance brokers, and home inspector. Her colleagues provided concierge-levels of service that made it possible to close in a month. As realtively new to Colorado (almost 8 years), we had no knowledge of who to go for these services or even a realtor, and we lucked out and found Kellee. Kudos to Kellee, her team, and associates who helped us into our forever home! 10/10, would purchase a home with Kellee again.

Kellee was wonderful! She took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home and helped us find the perfect house! Kellee was very knowledgeable and if she wasnt sure of the answer she was quick to find out and get back to me. Very pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend

We have bought two houses now with Josh and sold one and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling! He goes above and beyond to take care of his clients and has always been very responsive. He is super knowledgeable about the Colorado Springs area and the whole process of buying and selling a house. He always makes sure to answer any questions we have and makes everything easily understandable. I have had such a positive experience with Josh and would always recommend him to any of my friends or family for all their real estate needs! He is truly awesome at what he does.

We actually first met Holly from the other side of the table. She was the listing agent when we purchased our home. The way she had staged the property and the speed at which she got it under contract told us everything we needed to know. So when it came time to sell, reaching out to her was an easy decision. Holly is consistently ranked among the top realtors in Colorado Springs, and that reputation is fully earned. From our very first meeting, we were on the same page about pricing. She gave us practical, focused guidance on what to prioritize in preparing the home, which was invaluable given our tight timeline. Holly coordinated everything: staging, professional photography, and a deep clean that left the house in absolutely pristine condition. Her photo team is exceptional, and the listing photos genuinely made our home look its very best. Throughout the entire process, she was consistently responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything at all. The results speak for themselves: we were under contract within three days of going live. We cannot recommend Holly highly enough and would absolutely work with her again without hesitation.

Holly is very knowledgable of the area and is very personable! She will help you find a home that is perfect for you! I highly recommend as she will continue looking for homes and provide suggestions that best suit your needs in a home. It was a great experience working with her. She also has great communication skills, enjoys the work, and makes the home searching experience fun.
