Kellee provided exceptional levels of service throughout our home-buying journey. She was very available when we were looking at houses, and made time on Saturdays and Sundays to accomodate our schedules. She was knowledgeable of the local housing market and maintained constant communication, even returning emails and texts well after regular business hours. Once we placed an offer on our home and went under contract, she was timely in making sure we were aware of deadlines and any contract amendments as needed. Her team, especially Terri S. was also very helpful. Kellee brought excellent recommendations for lender and insurance brokers, and home inspector. Her colleagues provided concierge-levels of service that made it possible to close in a month. As realtively new to Colorado (almost 8 years), we had no knowledge of who to go for these services or even a realtor, and we lucked out and found Kellee. Kudos to Kellee, her team, and associates who helped us into our forever home! 10/10, would purchase a home with Kellee again.
