The Agency Denver

Ronaldo did an incredible job from start to finish in helping me find my new home. He was organized, prompt, and helped give valuable insights throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help with every aspect and had exceptional communication at all times. He went to bat negotiating with the seller and got a better deal than I even hoped for. I highly recommend Ron and wouldn't buy or sell a property with anyone else.

We are so happy and lucky to have had Amy for our first home buying experience! She is so talented in many aspects of her career. Highly recommend if you want a professional who has great experience but also will advocate for you like a friend. Thank you Amy!!

Amy was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent, she was always flexible around our schedule, and her suggestions and market insight were spot-on every step of the way. She made the whole process comfortable and easy. Highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Vanessa was the definition of a perfect realtor. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and guiding when we went through the home buying process. We had a variety of unusual situations ranging from funds source to buying a house under renovation to rent backs, and she handled each one with confidence. She was on top of the seller and the work he was doing, making sure everything was done to spec, was documented, and that we had a safety net via escrow accounts for work to be completed. She was checking on the house multiple times a week, was always keeping us informed, and answered the hundred different questions we had with confidence. I'm hoping to have family move out here soon and will be using Vanessa for every possible real estate interactions going forward (though hopefully we found our forever home first try!)

A world class realtor who embodies professionalism, kindness, patience, competence, hard work, and an unrelenting passion to help you find your perfect home. Was an amazing journey and could not recommend Ronaldo and The Agency more. I will be recommending him to everyone I know looking for a home!! The process took a year, but he stood by us at every turn, answering every crazy question we had and gently guiding us towards our perfect home! A huge repository of knowledge and also a great source of referrals to other excellent businesses. He and The Agency are your one-stop shop for everything home-related. You can trust them to get you the perfect outcome - a dream home! Katherine and Shawn were amazing too!
