The Agency Charlotte

Dalton is fantastic! He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and know exactly what you are getting into in the housing market. His personality is one of a kind and you just can't find realtors like him anymore. He's young and ambitious. Let him sell you a beautiful home!

best realtor in clt !! professional responsive and easy to work with. he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. highly recommend !!

First off Dalton is a great guy and an excellent agent to work with. Highly recommended ?

We connected with Dalton after our house didn't sell with a previous agency/agent. He met with us to discuss how he 'actively' works to sell the property and he was true to his word. First, he wrote a beautiful narrative for the house, not just a list of features. Next, he hosted an open house which brought in customers and other agents...and within 3 weeks we had an offer. Dalton also did an outstanding job of communicating with us and the buyer's agent to keep the close on an aggressive schedule. I would use Dalton's services again and also highly recommend him to anyone serious about selling or buying a home.

Dalton was great in helping me navigate a new city for my home search. We were able to find a home within my budget in the short time frame I had. Would definitely use him again.
