Where do I even begin? The service I received from Chad Evans was well beyond my expectations. I can't say enough good things about him. We decided we wanted to start looking for a second home and started looking at realtors. We read up on Chad and found so many great reviews, we decided we'd give him a try. I expected good service, but this man went above and beyond his job duties. Not only did we run him ragged for months on end looking at house after house......put in offers and change our minds. But Chad never acted frustrated. He would just say "no problem, on to the next one!" We finally found the house of our dreams. We had so many issues with the inspections and closing of this home, but Chad was able to get us everything we wanted and more. He fought for us every step of the way. A month after we moved in, our hot water heater stopped working. I contacted our home warranty company and they were being very difficult. I contacted Chad in hopes he would have some advice for me. And advice he had! HE contacted them himself and got it resolved for me. He didn't have to do that. He wanted to. He's gone above and beyond since the very beginning, and I can't even express my gratitude. He's became more then just my realtor, he became our friend. If you DON'T choose Chad Evans as your realtor, you'd be really missing out on what a fantastic Realtor does for his clients.
