ZillowVERIFIED Chad started out helping us with the "for sale or lease" of our first home. He ended up leasing it for the first year to a great tennet that he found. After that first year the tennet did not renew his lease and Chad sold the house with our best interest at hand. He then represented us as a buyers agent when we found our next home. Over the time we built a relationship and he became not just our agent trying to sell us a home but a friend looking out for what I felt was the best opportunity. He showed us several houses that we wanted to see and I never felt he was trying to rush us into making a decision just to close a deal. In fact, I feel he did just the opposite. He made sure we were not going to end purchasing a home we would regret. He truely by the end of our time together listened to our wants and found us the perfect home. ZillowVERIFIED Where do I even begin? The service I received from Chad Evans was well beyond my expectations. I can't say enough good things about him. We decided we wanted to start looking for a second home and started looking at realtors. We read up on Chad and found so many great reviews, we decided we'd give him a try. I expected good service, but this man went above and beyond his job duties. Not only did we run him ragged for months on end looking at house after house......put in offers and change our minds. But Chad never acted frustrated. He would just say "no problem, on to the next one!" We finally found the house of our dreams. We had so many issues with the inspections and closing of this home, but Chad was able to get us everything we wanted and more. He fought for us every step of the way. A month after we moved in, our hot water heater stopped working. I contacted our home warranty company and they were being very difficult. I contacted Chad in hopes he would have some advice for me. And advice he had! HE contacted them himself and got it resolved for me. He didn't have to do that. He wanted to. He's gone above and beyond since the very beginning, and I can't even express my gratitude. He's became more then just my realtor, he became our friend.
